Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she turned 16 and she stopped her gymnastics. She was 17 years old when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Pro Card one year later. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her studies. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition, she competed several more years setting new goals. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel took 6 years to finish her education following her Pro Card award. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut occurred during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. In the end, she was 3rd overall at the event. In summer 2016, she won the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she was on stage at the Olympia, where she took sixth place in The Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she did not have any goals. She was happy with her placement. In light of the fact that she had to compete against some of the top competitors. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. It consists of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm with a pull-up device and the seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the working sets. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time the best way feasible. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
